FAQ’S

  • Lorenzetti products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, and not from misusage or improper installation

  • 1.Make sure the power is off at the distribution board

    2. Make sure there is running water where the unit will be connected

    3. Assemble the unit (if needed)

    4. Connect the unit to the water supply

    5. Hand tighten arm with threadtape

    6. Make sure the cold water is flowing through the unit, then close the tap to turn the water off

    7. Install circuit breaker, cables

    8. Connect the cables from the circuit breaker to the unit cables

    9. Turn the power on at the distrubition board

    10. Dial the tempreture

  • Please allow water to pass through the unit for at least 30 seconds before connecting to electrical components.

Please ensure that you have installed a pressure reducer valve, exposure to high pressure may damage your unit. (Supplied with Unit)

Handle with care. When tightening unit onto the mains inlet, do not over tighten.

Strictly use arm strength and thread tape.

Unit should remain in on position when not in use. It will not draw electricity when water is not flowing through.

For daily use, only turn water on and off, refrain from switching unit on and off.

When adjusting the temprature dial, please ensure that water is not flowing through the unit.

  • 1. Check for correct cable size

    2. Check for circuit breaker size

    3. Ensure the unit is on a dedicated circuit breaker

    4. Ensure you do not have a short on your installation.

The units temperature dial on manual units must never be changed whilst water is flowing through it .

Doing this will cause carbon build up on elements / burn out elements.

Check that your distance of cabling used from DB to Unit is not excessively long ( longer the cable , loss in amps , more room for faults to arise )

Check you have used insulated ferrules. ( exposed wiring will cause unit to trip )

  • 1. Ensure Power is on

    2. Inspect Element

    3. Reduce Water Flow

    4. Has unit been earthed / is earth leakage switch not faulty Check water quality being received into unit ( mineral rich water will affect temperature )

( they can sometime trip unnecessarily due to factors such as high resistance in the earth connection or high resistance in the load )
