How to Replace the Heating Element – Loren Bello Ultra

⚠️ What You’ll Need:

  • Genuine Lorenzetti Loren Bello heating element

  • Insulated screwdriver

  • Dry cloth or towel

  • Rubber gloves

  • Access to water and power controls

✅ Step-by-Step Guide

1. Disconnect Power

Go to your DB board and switch off the circuit powering your shower. Double-check that the unit is completely off.

2. Remove Shower Head Cover

Use a screwdriver to unscrew and remove the front panel of the Loren Bello. Keep screws safe for reassembly.

3. Locate and Remove the Heating Element

  • The heating element is positioned in the center of the unit.

  • Gently disconnect the wire terminals connected to the old element.

  • Loosen any clips or screws holding it in place.

  • Carefully slide out the old element.

4. Install the New Heating Element

  • Insert the new element into the same slot.

  • Reattach terminal wires exactly as before.

  • Secure the element with the appropriate fastener.

5. Run Water Through the Unit

CRITICAL STEP:
Before turning power back on:

  • Open the shower tap and allow water to flow through the unit for 30–60 seconds.

  • This fills the heating chamber to prevent dry operation, which can immediately damage the new element.

6. Reassemble the Unit

  • Carefully place the shower cover back.

  • Reinsert and tighten all screws evenly without overtightening.

7. Restore Power and Test

  • Turn the power back on at the DB board.

  • Turn on the shower and confirm that heating is working correctly and there are no leaks.
